With over 31 years of experience in environmental conservation, Nawezo is a dedicated ecologist who oversees the implementation of MIGAU’s core programs. His deep expertise in nature preservation and grassroots mobilization makes him a vital force behind MIGAU’s reforestation, clean energy, and education initiatives. He is also known for his community-driven leadership style and his strong belief in environmental justice.

Teri brings a wealth of operational experience to MIGAU, where she manages finance, accounting, IT, facilities, and program logistics. Her focus on integrity, accountability, and strategic execution helps ensure that every project runs efficiently and transparently. Teri plays a critical role in steering MIGAU toward its organizational goals.

Marco leverages his background in strategy consulting, performing arts, and journalism to enhance MIGAU’s operational and community outreach strategies. He leads initiatives in resource mobilization, strategic partnerships, and risk management, ensuring the organization remains agile and impactful in its mission to restore Uganda’s natural ecosystems.

As MIGAU’s Global and Partnerships Director, Adam brings decades of experience in multilateral environmental diplomacy. He works closely with international institutions, governments, and development banks to form transformative partnerships that drive MIGAU’s climate action agenda. His efforts have strengthened MIGAU’s presence on the global conservation stage.

Steven Semwogerere, Advocacy Director at Make It Green Again Uganda (MIGAU), leads the organization’s efforts in environmental education, public engagement, and conservation advocacy. He has been instrumental in advancing initiatives that promote tree planting, waste management, recycling, and the sustainable use of natural resources. Steven’s strategic leadership ensures that MIGAU’s mission is not only visible but deeply rooted in community awareness and action.
